Payments
On-chain payments (ADA, $PERP, NIGHT) are final once confirmed on Cardano. Always send the exact amount shown at checkout, to the exact address shown at checkout, within the time window. Sending a wrong amount, wrong token, wrong asset id, or after the timer expires can result in a lost or unrecoverable payment.
Auctions
Bids are made by sending ADA to the auction's payment address. Losing bidders can claim a refund after the auction closes. Bids in the final 5 minutes extend the clock by 5 minutes (max 3 extensions). The high bid at close wins.
Raffles
Tickets are non-refundable once a tx is confirmed. Winners are drawn at the close time announced for each raffle. You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address if you win a physical item.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from Mimi's studio. Customs, duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Lost-in-transit claims must be filed within 30 days of the ship date.

All artwork, brand assets and product designs are © Perps. Buying merch does not transfer any IP rights.
